the medium in the pipeline from flowing backwards. When the pressure drops to
zero, the valve closes completely to prevent backflow. Swing check valves are
automatic valves that are typically used in pipelines where the medium runs in
one direction and only allow the medium to flow in that direction to avoid
mishaps.
These
types of valves have very low pressure dips and little turbulence. This sort of
valve should be positioned horizontally in the pipeline, but it can also be
installed vertically as long as the disc does not reach the stalling position,
which is when the disc is jammed open. A built-in rocker swing mechanism is
used in the swing check valve. Except for the sealing gasket and the sealing
ring for the middle flange, all of the valve's opening and closing parts are located
inside the valve body and do not pierce the valve body; there is no leaking
